📊 Lab 5: Run a Report and Pin a KPI

Goal

Generate a standard report from a list view, create a saved query, and pin a KPI tile to the Home page.

Prerequisites

Login: TRAINEE01–10 / Welcome123
Access to a list view with "Run Report" capability

Steps

Open Service Requests → All Service Requests (or Accounts list).
Apply filters (e.g., Status = Closed last 7 days) and save as a Saved Query.
Click Run Report → choose a standard report (e.g., SR Summary) → export PDF.
Go to Home → Personalize → add KPI tile related to SRs (e.g., "My Open SRs").
Arrange tile order and save.
